Internews Design Research Toolkit

The Design Research Toolkit is a distillation of the design research process tools and methods designed and built for Internews, a global media development non-profit focused on expanding journalism and access to information. The site operates as a learning tool for media development advocates inside and outside of the organization, and showcasing the tools and artifacts of design research, as well as chronicling the phases of a research exploration of media consumption and information sharing behavior in the tribal regions of Pakistan.

My Role

I drove the user experience and development of the interactive digital toolkit. I developed requirements, architecture and wireframes, lead client workshops and feedback sessions, developed and deployed the site using WordPress and a custom-built theme.
