Helping Peace Corps volunteers tell their stories and support their host communities
PROJECT OVERVIEW
In conjunction with the Let Girls Learn initiative spearheaded by first lady Michelle Obama, this project aimed to help Peace Corps volunteers share stories about their work and raise funds for projects in their host communities. Through this work, we sought to highlight volunteer stories and photography, make their content more mobile friendly and easily shareable, and simplify the donation process.
I led interaction design and co-lead research, working closely with other designers and developers to create a user-friendly, bold new experience that helped showcase the important work the volunteers do.
